Noosa Bucket List

Over the past 10 years I have moved several times... I have been from Toronto to Vancouver to Brisbane and now The Sunshine Coast. I can honestly say that I think this is the last stop. I have always wanted to live within walking distance to the ocean and we are finally living that dream! The best part about living where most people spend holidays is getting to host friends and family who come spend their holidays with us.

I have my brother and his girlfriend coming in a few weeks so I decided to write a list of possible things to do with them. Instead of saving it to an email, I thought I'd write it here instead so that I can refer back to it when needed. (like in 3 months when my best friend comes!!!!!!!) Can you tell I like hosting??? :) I have also included links to photos on Flickr in case you want a visual of the activity. 

Things to do in and around Noosa

1. Walk ocean side path of Noosa National Park
2. Eat at beach front restaurant
3. Feed kangaroos and hold a koala at Wildlife HQ/Big Pineapple
4. Have a drink at Noosa Surf Club overlooking the beach
5. Take a surf lesson on the picture perfect waves at Noosa main beach
6. Have a sunset picnic on the Noosa River
7. Hike down to Paradise Caves for swim and picnic
8. Hike up Mount Coolum
9. Eumundi Markets (Wed or Sat)
10. Catch the Noosa Ferry or enjoy a Sunset Ferry ride
11. Stand up Paddle boarding and day at Noosa Dog Beach
12. Dinner at Spirit House
13. Marcoola Friday night food market
14. Coffee at Coolum Surf Club overlooking beach
